Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice and all original garment tags are included inside the parcel.
Schedule a Pickup
Choose a convenient time slot through our portal for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep at no additional cost.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
